Spray can over board

This was a one-day project that was aimed at giving young people access to the medium of spraycan art in their
local community. The main objective was to help build relationships between local businesses that have been victims
of vandalism and for local young people to understand the differences between art and irresponsible use of spraycans.

A local business let us use its shop front to be used as a workshop space so the programme could be carried out in
full public view of the local businesses and passers by.

The outcome was a fun day for all who took part, which help everybody realise about the differences between
vandalism and a positive use of spray cans as an art form.
